Q: How long will it take to get my limited edition print? A: Since each print is printed on demand, hand signed and numbered, we ask that you allow up to three weeks for the final piece of artwork to arrive. After your order has been submitted, you should receive a confirmation email within 48 hours giving you notice of edition number, approximate shipping date and estimated time of arrival.
Q: What if I don't have a Paypal Account? A: No problem. Go ahead and click the "buy now" button, you can fill in your credit card and shipping information on the secure form. You are not required to have a PayPal account.
Q: Can I pay via check or money order? A: Unfortunately no. International and domestic money order fraud is so rampant that I cannot accept them. I do not accept checks from anyone I do not personally know. If you open a PayPal account - you can link your checking account to it which will allow you to send an eCheck through PayPal which I will accept.
Q: What if my print arrives damaged or I want to return it? A: If your print arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at chris@ancientartizen.com. All artwork is insured. Due to the nature of "limited edition" artwork it would be helpful if you could take a digital picture of the damage and send it to me in your email. I will do my best to get a replacement to you right away. In some cases the damaged artwork may need to be returned or handed over to the shipping agent.
Should you just want to return the artwork for another reason, I can refund the purchase price of the artwork as long as it is returned in its original condition within 14 days of receiving it. Unfortunately as an artist, I cannot refund you the shipping costs. You will only be refunded the purchase price of the artwork.
Q: Can I get a shipping discount on multiple orders? A: Yes - but you must contact me in advance so that I can calculate the shipping costs and email you a custom invoice through PayPal with the revised amount.
