What Art Your Return / Exchange Policies?

Ancient ArtiZen Return Policies – Please note, there are multiple return policies since many items are created on demand from different manufacturers or from the artist directly.

Fine Art America – Open edition reproductions, canvas and custom framed prints:

If you're not happy with your Fine Art America / Ancient Artizen art purchase that you made. You can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, FAA will issue a full refund for the entire purchase price, including the outgoing shipping charge. Please note - FAA does not reimburse the return shipping charge unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

Please include the original packing slip in with the return. If you no longer have the original packing slip, please include a piece of paper with your first name, last name, and the e-mail address that you used to place the order. AncientArtiZen.com small prints, journals and magnets

All open edition prints journals and magnets are exchange only. Should your print, journal or magnet arrive damaged, or have another problem please contact us right away (within 14 days) using our contact form. We’ll make arrangements for a replacement to be sent to you in a timely manner. In some cases we may ask you to return the damaged item, or provide a picture for record.

All limited edition prints are fully insured when shipped. Due to the nature of limited edition prints, Any limited edition prints damaged in shipping must be returned to the artist. A damaged print is replaced with the next available number in the edition. In a case where there is not another left in the edition, the damaged print may be destroyed and reissued, or fully refunded.

Since all skin decals are purchased and manufactured directly through DecalGirl – You will also need to facilitate your exchange through DecalGirl.com . The good news is that even if you messed up your installation, they will help you get a replacement decal. Each phone case is manufactured on demand, one at a time and most are shipped directly from the artist in Colorado. Ancient ArtiZen cases can be returned within 30 days for exchange only. The case must be in original unused condition in order to exchange it for a different design or model. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the original case with packaging back to the artist at the address below. Once the case is received, your exchange will be ordered. You may choose to exchange a case for a different design if desired. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the return of your original case for your replacement to arrive.

Do you license your artwork ? I (my company or organization) am interested in using it.

Yes. Currently I evaluate each licensing request individually. Any business, organization or individual that is considered "for profit" will be required to pay a fee or royalty based on the duration, distribuation, and usage of the artwork.

Non profit organizations interested in using the artwork may be granted a license at no cost. I use my discretion with non-profits and insist that the organization and usage must align with my core values and the greater intent or message of the artwork. Many religious, spiritual organizations and charities from all over the world have utilized my artwork in the past several years.

If you, your business, or your non-profit organization is interested in using my artwork, please use the contact form or email me at chris@ancientartizen.com and tell me about your organization, what artwork you are interested in and how you intend on using it.

COPYRIGHT WARNING.

Unauthorized distribution or usage of my artwork in any way (This does include ALL images on this website or images of my artwork found on the internet) without direct permission or a licensing agreement with Christopher Beikmann / Fusion Idol LLC is an infringement on my copyright. I take my artwork very seriously and have taken legal action in the past to stop unathorized distribution of my artwork / intellectual property. I only use my own photography and retain all my layered files and original source images used to create every piece of artwork. I also file US copyright for my artwork and file physical samples with the US Copyright Office and Library of Congress.

Under 17 U.S.C. Section 101. Any infringement upon my copyrighted materials could result in statutory damages as high as $150,000 (per each printed item or unauthorized reproduction) as set forth in Section 504(c)(2) therein.

Worst of all - stealing artwork leads to BAD KARMA.
